Santa’s Grotto - SEN Sessions
Step into a world of festive magic at Mile Oak Garden Centre this Christmas!
We understand how difficult it may be for a child with additional needs to enjoy the experience of meeting Father Christmas, so this year we are bringing back our SEN Grotto session.
Bring your little ones to experience the wonder of our Santa's Grotto, where dreams come to life. Meet Mr & Mrs Claus in their cozy grotto, share your Christmas wishes, and receive a special age appropriate sensory gift to treasure & a special sleigh bell from Santa. .
We will be providing a slightly longer session time (20 minutes compared to 10) and sensory equipment to help your child settle, no flashing lights, reduced / no music and space for Father Christmas to sit with your child if they would prefer not to be sat with him.
Opportunity for you to take your own photos / videos. We are able to take the photos for you on your own device. We will not be offering a photo service ourselves, no pressure for you to spend any extra money.
Each child will recieve an age / needs appropoiate gift and a sleigh bell for your child to ring on Christmas Eve!
Ahead of your booking you will recieve an email with a communcation board for your child. If your child has communcation difficulties this will be useful to prepare your child on what to expect on the day.
